Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling the salon directly at (402) 805-2490. All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and the complexity of the desired result. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation or at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your appointment. A patch test may be required 48 hours prior to color services. We maintain the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to address your concerns. Adjustments are made at the discretion of the stylist and salon management.

Privacy & Data

We collect personal information (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of managing appointments and providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Contact information submitted through our website is stored securely and used only for salon communications.
